It is what it is, and it was all I needed. Took just a few minutes to pop in the case and installed to vista without any problems or use of the disk. Can't beat this price.
No sound when dialing or receiving. But that's good, because I don't like it anyway!

Cheap! Fast service as always.
CALLER ID DOES NOT WORK! Tried this modem in 2 different Win 7/x64 computers with 2 different software packages, including CallClerk. Updated driver in win 7, worked with CallClerk tech support but regardless of what mode TAPI or direct Caller ID reports Unknown/Unknown). (Caller ID is working fine on my telephones)
I did see on another website that the Rosewill support states that the USB version of this modem no longer supports Caller ID due to a manufacturing change. I wonder if it is the same issue with the this model.
