There are no cons with this item.
If you don't know what enterprise grade, SAS, or 4K blocks are, just stay away so you don't write a bad review of it because of your ignorance.
None -- Drives not recognized on a dozen different raid cards. Asked Seagate for a list of compatible cards--no help. Told me to call motherboard manufacturer. It's a server with LSI dedicated controller cards.
