Runs my CPU at 28 - 34 degrees C (got to 41C running Prime 95) AMD Athlon II X2 245 Regor 2.9GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM3 65W Dual-Core.
None yet.
Also quiet, 1500 RPM.
Quiet and easy to install.
Installed on a 100w APU. Blue screen a my new rig a few times due to high temps under full load (no over clock). I found the temp was up to 63c on morning after a night of running Boinc at full load. I dropped processor time to 50% and the temps quickly came down into the high 30's. I don't recommend this on a CPU rated higher that 90-95w...100w seems like its just a tad too much to handle for this cooler.
If I had the 2 core or 3 core APU, I bet this would be a great option. Seems a bit under powered to handle the 4 core A8-3850
