Pros: -Fast processor and boots up very fast
-Good graphics, runs WoW: Cata very smoothly on high graphics. Consistent 60 FPS.
-Quiet fans which don't even run most of the time so almost silent
-Lightweight and runs very cool compared to my 17" gateway.
-Not too much bloat-ware. Toshiba actually includes some cool software like face recognition and CD/DVD burning software.

Cons: -Webcam is kind of grainy and dark so you need to have a well lite room
-The actual laptop is shiny so keeps fingerprints. Easily wipes off however, tiny problem.

Overall Review: I suggest this to anyone on a budget looking for a good gaming laptop. Very satisfied.

Pros: It is fast for your average daily use applications (office, internet, some more demanding apps like dreamweaver...). so far great for these things and loading time is pretty good for those that are complaining about the 5400 speed of the hard drive...
Looks pretty despite the fingerprint smudges.
Tried battlefield 2 game on high settings and worked great.

Cons: - I thought the speakers were the Haman Kardon ones but I was wrong.

- the layout of the key board is really annoying compared to my 7 yr old toshiba (sattelite A60) where the home/end/page up/down were more conveniently placed close to the arrows for easier net page surfing.

- the camera is seriously awful. very grainy like others have said and with dim light is really bad. very disappointed with that.

- the keyboard, touchpad and the the 2 clicks are of much lower quality then my older laptop but i guess this is the case with most newer toshibas to save them money!

- there is no volume control (like at the side of the laptop) or play/stop buttons anywhere, despite plenty of room for so.

- the power cord should be in the back as at the side it keeps getting bent to the extent I think soon will need a new cord!

- the headphone/speakers jack is too close to the front side of the laptop.

Overall Review: there really us no need for the extra numpad which seems like a waste of space. I would rather have volume/video control or nothing at all with the home/end/pag up/down buttons better placed.

toshiba, you failed big time in "updating" your models!
