Pros: Very happy with the card, got it with a rebate and COD4 so the price was excellent. COD4 runs at 55+ fps at 1440x900 with everything maxed out and only occasional drops below 40 fps in the most demanding parts. Crysis demo runs at 20-30 fps at 1440x900 on high and with the dx9 "hack" 17-25 fps on very high. Great budget card!

Cons: Very loud fan, I thought other reviewers had just been overly sensitive to the noise, but it really is loud. I started a support ticket with XFX on this and they sent me a resistor to slow down and quiet the fan, so XFX has GREAT customer support.

Overall Review: XFX is an excellent brand and I don't think I'll ever be buying from anyone else even if they do usually charge a bit more, but the support and warranty are worth it. If you've done your homework already, you've probably noticed that my framerates are lower than the benchmarks for this card. This is because the rest of my system is bottlenecking what the card can really do, so be aware of this kind of thing when you are buying any higher-end cards.

Pros: Great card, great speed and great value especially with COD4 in bundle. The amazing part is that it still has some OC potential after factory OC'ed. It runs cool with factory setting.

Cons: I have two of them in SLI configuration. Although it cut through games like hot knife through butter, it is TOO LOUD! It is absolutely TOO LOUD when you have two running together at the same time! If the 9600 GSO cooler is quieter and still compatible to 8800 GS board, I wish I could have it replaced.

Overall Review: I had some driver installing issue with XFX 790i Ultra board. The issue is mostly due to older version of OS and is resolvable with some patience. Running SLI with these is really fun had they been QUIETER!
