Pros: Previously had 2 XFX 8600 GT's in SLI and wasnt happy with the graphics performace, FURMARK score of 722, and 11 fps with the old cards.
Installed the GTS250 and FURMAR score jumped to 3970 and 49 fps!

Fallout 3 maxed, Crysis all High

Also I have it running on a 430W PS right now. not ideal but this card is very energy efficient.

Cons: Runs hot - around 180F with stock fan settings and a 120mm fan blowing from the bottom of the case directly on it. However the card doesn't seem to mind running this hot, never had any artifacts or crashes.

Overall Review: Can't wait to get my new CM HAF 932 and CM 700W PS so I can throw in one more GTS250!

Pros: Fast GPU for the price. Is compatible with a Hackintosh since it is based off of the 9800 GTX. Benchmarking gets pretty dang good scores in Far Cry 2: Avg. 68FPS @ 1680x1050. Call of Duty averages at around 85FPS.

Cons: The Fan is loud enough to drown out your game if you don't wear a headset. I replaced the stock heatsink with a Akasa Vortex Neo. I did have to snip off one corner of the alluminum contact to get it to fit around a capacitor but it does cover all RAM chips. The GPU is a 5 egg product but XFX and others are able to sell this think dirt cheap because of their generic, 1990's era heatsinks. MSI has the best option out on the GTS 250.

Overall Review: Not really a con, but the chip is hot. It idles around 53C under my Akasa, which I guarantee cools better that the plastic box with the gerbal wheel they sell this with. When gaming it will get up to 81C.
