almost perfect

Puts out wireless power like a boss. Was running 40megs a sec. Never used the wired. But had a constant 4-8 wireless devices connected ALL day.

Every one in a while, the wireless would get a bit slow (down to about 5 megs). Unplug and replug 10 seconds later, and after about 30 seconds of waiting for the router modem to restart. And I was running great.

Unfortunately. I lived in a home full of smokers, so that didn't help the router modem. And I was running with charter, and lived in the country. So that's probably what most of my problem was. But I moved. And left it there for the people who still live there. I will prolly rebuy this router right now.

TOP CRITICAL REVIEW
good idea poor implementation

It does connect to the internet

After powerdown, frequently it won't reach DNS servers to resolve names.
Wireless speed is very bad ... Slower than a dialup modem
Common tech support resolution is to eliminate the firewall.

If you love wires laying across your house, then this is your router. That is when it let's you get to the internet. I can run a tracert from the router but cannot resolve from my devices. Wired or wireless.
