Bought in Feb 09, still works great, love the remote and timer, no big issues with it at all.
It has gotten a slight bit louder than when first purchased but no big deal.
Use this every night on timer for 7 and a half hours on low settinng.
Nice design, very modern.
Makes a nice hat stand.
Won't blow papers off your desk.

This is the worst fan ever...ever...ever!!
If headed to Hell and I had to choose between this fan or face the heat, I'd choose to pack lightly and leave the fan behind. Yes, it is nice looking. So is my TV. Yes, it has a remote control. So does my TV. Unfortunately, my TV also puts out less heat when it is on.
