good bit of fiddling with to adjust fit just right, but you can do it!
It appears the voice goes out of the right or left speaker after some use. This is NOT in the headphones, it is in the volume control. I was able to repair mine to perfect by taking the volume control apart (it pops apart after removing the clip screw) and spraying the volume gain with electrical contact cleaner and conditioner from radio shack. Let it dry and good as new.

ive had 2 or 3 of these sets and they always break after a couple months. they same way too, the sound in the right ear starts to flicker and then goes out for good.
i also abuse them pretty bad, but they still seem like they fail too quickly
