Pros: No complaints, working fine now. USB fast charger is nice.

Cons: Beware to i7-3820 users!

When you order see if Newegg can get you a board that has a serial number starting with at least '1C' if not and you will find you cannot boot because your BIOS doesnt support this new chip, you need a board with at least versoin 1.2 or greater.

Mine shipped with 1.1 and I couldn't boot until I got a new BIOS chip from ASRock

Overall Review: The BIOS issue is handled very quickly via ASRock tech support. I spoke with a tech on the phone and he confirmed my serial/BIOS version and overnightted me a new BIOS chip that would allow me to boot with the new i7-3820

Pros: Works... for a while.

Cons: Motherboard died in 30 days. Took a little more than three weeks from ASRock to get a replacement (partly because it was Chinese New Year and the whole office in California decided to take a one-week break). They don't really do phone service. As you can see from the website (http://www.asrock.com/index.us.asp) their phone number is not listed ANYWHERE. I had to do a search in google to find it and I found it in a computer forum:

Now, the motherboard just died again. I woke up and decided to use my computer, but it wouldn't turn on.

Overall Review: I'd be wary buying from ASRock. Also during the RMA process they said they hadn't gotten my check to repair my motherboard, when they clearly cashed my check. I even sent them screenshots of my bank account proving that they did cash my check.
