The price is right
Low profile components made AIO installation less of a hassle
At time of purchase, it was 1.5x cheaper than any other mini-ITX board in stock
As others have said: weak VRMs. There's a 150W long duration power limit. My 13600K has a power limit (1 and 2) of 181W, but this motherboard can't provide that power level for sustained loads. So, after 56 seconds of expected performance, my 13600k P-cores have to drop from 5.2GHz to 4.9GHz so as to not exceed the 150W limit. That's 8% of performance being sacrificed because of the motherboard's poor VRM.
If nothing else is available, this board works great. For gaming, it'll work great. But you'll be handicapping your processor's multi-core performance in sustained workloads.

XMP 3.0 Suport is horrible. - I purchased memory that is linked on their website for the Memory QVL, validated that the RAM was on there (F5-7200J3445G16GX2-TZ5RK), and crashes constantly (even on BIOS - 5.02). RMA'd the memory and I still have issues.
I bought this motherboard so that I would not have a problem with buying qualified memory and running with XMP 3.0. I have wasted so much time reloading the OS and running memtest86 that it took my building experience which was supposed to be fun and made me wish I would have waited 6 months to a year so manufacturers could work out their bugs on Raptorlake motherboards. Instead, I spent a couple of grand on hardware and now I have to wait for better firmware to get the compatibility that they promise and just deal with the crashes.
