It hasn't died yet. Speeds seem average
The listing for the 128GB says it's MLC Nand memory, but there is no evidence of this that I can find anywhere from Patriot. It's misleading and I chose this card based mainly on that information. Other than that, the 3 year warranty is not as long as some other brands. Many have a lifetime warranty
Nowhere on the package does it says it's MLC memory nor does it say it on the Patriot website or in the pdf datasheet for the 128GB card from Patriot.
