This worked just as I had hoped. I wired this from my great old silver stereo amplifier to my computer. I can now listen to the many MP3 albums I have downloaded to my computer. It works great listening to the millions of songs with any online music membership. You can't beat the sound of the old silver amplifiers and a great set of speakers like my Wharfedale's. Any audiophile will tell you this.

1) It works. I just got it yesterday and I plugged it into my computer speakers and played some Call of Juarez. There wasn't any loss of sound quality while using these.

I havent bought this but i know a bit about audio. you can drain the sound power from small devices easily (iphones, pads, tablets), so if you dont get sound to your second device. you might just be sucking up too much power. as an example, Bigger headphones suck a lot of power, so to get better sound folks buy pocket amplifiers. consider buying a CMOY amp from e bay for $30

Like I orderred

I have a projector I recently purchased with an audio out jack that is 3.5mm. The speaker in it is tinny, and I would rather use my powered PA speaker that has an old RCA in jack. I got this cable, and it fits the need. No issue with the cable, and it works just fine.
