This is a Cat6A ethernet patch cable. It either works or not. It does.
FIRST TIME I HAVE ORDERED FROM THIS COMPANY SO FAR MY FIRST SET OF CAT8 CABLES WORK FANTASTIC ON MY LAPTOP INTERNET CONNECTION TO ROUTER TO MODUM THE SPEED IS SHOCKING BY JUST CHANGING CABLES TO HIGHER LEVEL CAT 8 WHAT A DIFFERENCE I WAS TOLD BY OTERS THERE IS NO HIGHER WIRES OFFERED SO OVERRIDING THE TWO PROVIDERS I SEE THAT IF THEY CANNOT MAKE A SALE ON ME THEY HAVE NO INFORMATION AND OR DONT KNOW !!!!!!!!.
-> Purpose : connect Synology NAS to a router. -> Review : High quality, as expected. /// Quality of the cable and resulting network connection speed. /// Standard delivery was quick (QC, Canada), thanks. + 'Snagless' is a feature every cable should have.
Gave slightly increased Internet upload speeds, with mixed results for download speeds according to the tests that I ran.
I needed a new Ethernet cable to attach my Dell desktop computer to the modem. Unlike the old cable, this one stays attached. I liked the neutral gray color. Dell sells C2G products so I selected this brand. The price ($5) seems very reasonable.
No kinks in the wire, no network pack loss. It does it's job.
Works straight out of the packaging.
It works. Cheap for its quality. 6 feet. Gigabit. I've had a plethora of shoddy, ratty cables (like the one this replaced), and this one seems to be a lot tougher. Almost 2 months and it still looks like new.
It's thick, made with quality materials, and it works great!
*A basic cable that gets the job done for those with wired connections.
Worked perfectly and handles at least gigE with no difficulty.
-Solid, durable feeling cable. Does what it's supposed to. It's cat6A, not cat6. -There's no reason to have to spend a lot of money on Ethernet cables but you do have to pay attention to quality. All the Nippon Labs cables are good quality for the money.
