It's been a while since I've used a DeathAdder and the new v3 pro does not disappoint -
Ergonomics 10/10
Weight 10/10
Precision 10/10
feels way better than my original basilisk pro wireless. I'll be hanging onto this one for a while.
- The mouse is very light, and floats (Very Smooth) on mouse-pads.
- The Razer programs to use with the mouse are top tier.
- The cable is very nice, no tangles, or damage since I've bought the mouse.
- The clicks are sharp.
- The design is pretty comfortable.
- The mouse if very light, because of the materials used to build it. It feels EXTREMELY cheap.
- After a couple of months of use, the mouse started scroll jumping. (It still does it, and a good bit too)
- I paid $70.00 for what I think is maybe a $20-$30 mouse.
- The scroll wheel feels absolutely terrible, not smooth at all. (Like I said, the overall mouse is definitely made out of very thin/cheap plastic.
- It's really give or take on the mouse being so light, if you cannot use a light mouse, then this is not for you. (it feels almost like a feather, in-hand)
- Clicks may be sharp, but feel cheap.
- You definitely DO NOT want to be "aggressive" with this mouse. (You might break something)
If you can get this mouse between $20-$40, then I would recommend it. Since I've purchased the mouse, the price dropped from $70 to $30, so I would probably buy it again. Please, if you're reading this, take your time, do some research, and make sure whatever mouse you buy is right for you. Do not buy it because a lot of people are using it. If I were Razer, I would definitely spend more money on better material for the integral parts of the mouse. I do remember seeing some reviews about the scroll wheel jumping before I bought the mouse, and I've got to say: It's definitely a thing with this mouse, and it started happening within a month of use.
