Device works perfectly. When programming an older Mitsubishi HMI via RS232, it was even able to automatically switch the unit into programming mode. This is something that other adapters have not been able to do for me.

This adapter was immediately recognized and installed by my Win7 x64 system, and I was able to communicate through the COM port successfully.

Well it's a cable, and it's for serial, not much else to say really. I am using this for programming a datalogger that would otherwise require me to go through an obstacle course of test equipment outdoors to get to. Has worked great after a month of constant outdoor use.






Works as expected, reasonable price, driver CD included (you don't have to hunt all over the net to find the drivers)
