Lots of room in the case.
Air flow is great.
Cable management is great.
Instructions are not the clearest on how to get the side panels off. They say you pop the panels off, but the side panels also must be lifted out once you pop free the top edges.

Case is nice, needs more fans
One of the USB ports doesnt work in the top USB module
Submitted support case through NZXT chatbot, havent heard anything in days.
Has to be a known issue since theyve published a guide on replacing the USB module in the H7 flow case.
Hopefully theyre willing to ship a module, otherwise, going to have toRMA the whole case, disassemble the PC and ship it back and wait weeks for the replacement to be worked out.
